Zora, the instructor that made me fall in love with the barre. I did my first ever barre class with Zora in Mallorca, to say that it challenged my body beyond any workout I have ever done is an understatement. I watched Zora open The Studio Lifestyle, having travelled to visit her in Europe over the past few years, I have watched this amazing studio grow into a place where women can feel comfortable, welcomed and fall in love with the barre practice. Her workouts truly challenge your strength, mind and balance. I would recommend The Studio Lifestyle to anyone, Zora is the reason why I love the barre so much.

She pays attention to details like correcting your form and knowing when to push and when to honor your body, making the experience personal. She challenges you everyday with new moves - keeping you on your toes (pun intended ;) ) this makes the class fun and forces you to focus and not just go through the motions as one can end up doing when working out is part of your routine.
